Manager-level Product Owners / Product Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, backlog, and release planning.

  • AI-enabled product capabilities

  • Define product OKRs and success metrics aligned with EXL's strategic initiatives.

• AI-Enabled Product Delivery

  • user stories/epics

  • Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, CRM, and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).

  • AI-first solutions

• Stakeholder Management

  • business operations, AI engineering teams, and client leadership

  • Drive adoption through demos, workshops, and continuous feedback loops with end-users.

  • Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and consulting teams to embed AI into client delivery models.

• Governance & Compliance

  • InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Compliance frameworks

  • Establish governance models for AI deployment (e.g., human-in-the-loop validation, data bias checks, auditability).

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Product Management
