Own end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, backlog, and release planning.
Define product OKRs and success metrics aligned with EXL's strategic initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, CRM, and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
Drive adoption through demos, workshops, and continuous feedback loops with end-users.
Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and consulting teams to embed AI into client delivery models.
Establish governance models for AI deployment (e.g., human-in-the-loop validation, data bias checks, auditability).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
