Fullstack Developer/ Manager Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic teaM The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real-time data communication, low-latency systems, and a deep understanding of Google Cloud.
Additionally, expertise in AI, contact center landscapes, and relevant tools and technologies is essential. This role will involve designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Fullstack Development: Design and develop full-stack applications using the latest technologies. Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to build seamless, high-performance applications. Real-Time Data Communication: Design and implement solutions for real-time data communication and processing. Ensure systems are optimized for low latency and high performance. Work with protocols and technologies such as WebSockets, MQTT, and other real-time messaging systems. Cloud Expertise (Google Cloud): Utilize Google Cloud to build and deploy applications, ensuring scalability and reliability. Optimize cloud infrastructure to enhance performance and cost-efficiency. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards. AI and Machine Learning: Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into applications to enhance functionality. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and explore their applicability to our business. Contact Center Landscape: Understand the tools and technologies used in contact centers, including CRM systems, telephony solutions, and customer support platforms. Design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing contact center infrastructure. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to deliver high-quality products. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Other Skills Required- SAAS Genesys Telephony ASR AWS Connect Speech Recognition Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer. Expertise in real-time data communication and low-latency systems. In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud or Azure Cloud services and cloud infrastructure. Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications. Familiarity with contact center tools and technologies (e g, CRM systems, telephony solutions). Expertise in Google CCAI stack (Dialogflow,Agent assist ) Familiarity with Gemini ,openai APIs and GenAI LLMs. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e g, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, Java). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e g, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing. Familiarity with data analytics and big data technologies. Certification in Google Cloud (e g, Google Cloud Professional Architect)
