Job Description

SUMMARY Job Title: Execution Manager We are looking for a full-time, on-site Execution Manager to join our team at EASTERN in Kolkata. As the Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of projects related to waste heat recovery equipment, including recuperators, air preheaters, and forced draft coolers. You will lead a team of professionals, ensure project delivery within deadlines, and maintain quality standards throughout the execution process. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the execution of projects related to waste heat recovery equipment Lead a team of professionals to ensure project delivery within deadlines Maintain quality standards throughout the execution process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery Develop and implement strategies to optimize project execution processes Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Proven experience in project management, particularly in the execution of industrial equipment projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of waste heat recovery equipment and related technologies is a plus
