Job Description

Hiring: Senior Legal Counsel – Litigation (10–12 Years)

Location: Mumbai

We’re looking for a seasoned legal professional with 10–12 years of litigation experience, preferably from a reputed law firm or corporate legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end litigation including drafting, pleadings, and briefing counsels
Appear before NCLT, High Courts, SAT, etc.
Advise internal teams on legal risks and strategies
Manage regulatory matters involving SEBI, RBI, etc.

Requirements:

LL.B./LL.M. with strong litigation background
Expertise in IBC, capital markets, and securities laws
Excellent drafting, legal research, and communication skills
