Job Description

As the Manager, Enterprise Onboarding at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in shaping a world-class onboarding journey for new hires across all levels, functions, and locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Advanced Facilitation & Delivery Skills: - Facilitating live, in-person and virtual programs for audiences ranging from new hires to executive leaders. - Creating inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments. - Adapting facilitation style based on learner needs, group dynamics, and organizational tone. - Balancing structured delivery with agility and adjusting on the fly. - Leading engaging onboarding sessions that run 2x monthly. - Global Program Management: - Helping design, execute, and evolve high-impact onboarding programs aligned with enterprise learning strategy. - Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: - Partnering with business leaders, HR, and L&D colleagues to ensure programs reflect enterprise priorities. - Enterprise Skilling & Leadership Development Support: - Collaborating with skilling and leadership development teams to co-facilitate sessions, including those for executive leaders. - Continuous Improvement: - Gathering and analyzing feedback to continuously refine and enhance onboarding and enterprise learning experiences. - Measurement & Reporting: - Defining KPIs and delivering regular reporting on onboarding effectiveness and new hire engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in onboarding and/or learning & development facilitation. - Exceptional in-person facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leadership and executives. - Comfort working 3-4 days per week in-office. - Passion for culture-building and employee engagement. - Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders across functions and regions. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace tools preferred.
