Job Description

As a Manager, Enterprise Onboarding at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in shaping a world-class onboarding journey for new hires across all levels and functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Advanced Facilitation & Delivery Skills: - Facilitate live, in-person programs for audiences ranging from new hires to executive leaders. - Create inclusive learning environments fostering connection, culture, and impact. - Adapt facilitation style based on learner needs and group dynamics. - Present to senior leadership with engagement and influence. - Lead engaging onboarding sessions both in-person and virtually. - Global Program Management: - Help design and execute high-impact onboarding programs aligned with enterprise learning strategy. - Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: - Partner with business leaders, HR, and L&D colleagues to ensure programs reflect enterprise priorities. - Enterprise Skilling & Leadership Development Support: - Collaborate with skilling and leadership development teams to support sessions for executive leaders. - Continuous Improvement: - Gather feedback, analyze trends, and enhance onboarding and learning experiences. - Measurement & Reporting: - Define KPIs and deliver regular reporting on onboarding effectiveness and new hire engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in onboarding and/or learning & development facilitation. - Exceptional in-person facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leadership. - Comfortable working in-office 3-4 days per week. - Passion for culture-building and employee engagement. - Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to operate independently, manage program logistics, and influence stakeholders. - Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace tools preferred.
