Role Overview: As a technically strong engineering leader, you will have the opportunity to build Salesforce's next-generation B2B Commerce product, focusing on empowering businesses and sales teams with intelligent and personalized commerce experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Implement best engineering management and organizational development practices to scale operations effectively. - Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. - Represent the Cloud in senior leadership, establishing strong relationships with local functions related to organizational success. - Drive continuous improvement in managing, documenting, staffing, and reviewing engineering projects and services. - Guide and mentor team members towards success while being hands-on when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Overall 15+ years of experience with 10+ years as a hands-on software development manager. - Experience in engineering leadership delivering world-class software products/features. - Experience in cross-functional 2nd or 3rd level management roles. - Ability to represent operational issues to senior leadership and delve into technical details when necessary. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
