Manager, Engineering

The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the performance and results of multiple agile teams across the Engineering organization. You will oversee the planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending/implementing changes to methods. As an Engineering Manager at Hexure India headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will collaborate with a highly motivated team to develop and deliver innovative sales automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong engineering background, 7-12 years of experience leading global teams, multitasking abilities, deep knowledge of Agile Scrum, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Additionally, you should exhibit human relation skills and a commitment to understanding, developing, and motivating people.
