We are seeking a Manager – German Education Consultancy with deep expertise in Germany’s education system, university admissions, and visa processes to lead our German education division and strengthen our operations in this domain.

Job Overview:

The Manager – German Education Consultancy will be responsible for managing and expanding EIG Overseas’s German education services. The role involves handling student counseling operations, building strong partnerships with German institutions, training counselors, and driving business growth in the Germany-focused segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Lead and manage the German education vertical to achieve organizational goals.

Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments for German universities.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, counseling, and admissions) for smooth workflow.

Oversee the entire student journey — from inquiry to visa approval.

University & Partner Relations

Keep up-to-date with admission criteria, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.

Negotiate and collaborate with educational partners for mutual growth.

Counseling & Student Support

Supervise counseling operations and ensure high-quality advisory services.

Guide students on course selection, university shortlisting, and application procedures.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with visa and university requirements.

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate a team of counselors and support staff.

Monitor team performance and ensure service quality.

Foster a positive, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

6–8 years of proven experience in the German education consultancy domain.

Strong knowledge of German universities, admission processes, visa guidelines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
