Job Description

To Obtain Licenses from State Government/ Local Body i.e. Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate & Bio Medical Authorization for Diagnostics Labs & Sample Collection Centers.
To finalize & renew the rate contract & obtain membership/ Agreement time to time from Common Bio medical Waste Disposal Facilities authorized by Pollution Control Board.
To extend support to Internal Legal Team & Third-Party Consultant to obtain necessary licenses to operate Lab Operations like Clinical Establishment, Trade License, Shop & Establishment and Local Body Permission & NOC's etc.
Training Bio medical waste handling/ disposal procedures at all sites. Monitor & maintain the waste generation & dispose data for all Lupin Diagnostics Lab & Sample Collection Centers.
Preparation & Submission of Statutory Forms and Annual Returns to Authoority within the time line.
Handling the operation and Maintenance of the Zero Liquid System (RTP followed by RO &STP) based at National Reference lab.
Extend the support to Lab Supervisor fo Smooth Operation & Maintenance of ETP Plant installed for Liquid Waste Treatment.
Handling of Waste Management - Disposal of Hazardous Waste and Biomedical Medical Waste Management to authorize waste disposal facilities.
Responsible for O & M Safety System such as Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Sprinkler system also responsible for Procure and provide Emergency Equipments like Eye Wash Bottles, Emergency Shower, Spill Kits and First Aid.
To prepare and Implement the SOP's, Manuals and work permits as per safety & health guideline.
Support to NABL and Regulatory Audits.
