Job Description

To lead, plan, and execute all
earthwork and formation-related activities
of the railway project.
Prepare detailed execution plans and schedules for earthwork, formation, and related civil activities.
Supervise and monitor all earthwork operationscutting, filling, compaction, and dressing of formation.
Coordinate with survey and design teams for alignment, levels, and cross-section finalization.
Ensure all earthwork activities conform to RDSO / Railway / IRC / MORTH specifications and approved drawings.
Maintain quality documentation including checklists, inspection reports, and test results.
Maintain record of borrow area approvals, excavation volumes, and disposal plans
