We are currently looking for a Manager E-Commerce for specific e-tailers within the L'Oral Dermatological Beauty Division, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for building and managing long-term Ecommerce relationships to drive sales revenue, enhance online brand presence, identify new e-commerce trends, and implement growth strategies. This role involves end-to-end account management and is an individual contributor position. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an expert on e-accounts such as e-pharmacies, pure-play e-commerce, and quick commerce players, collaborating with commercial teams to drive business growth. - Develop plans, KPIs, and goals for accounts, implementing Go-to-Market strategies with cross-functional teams. - Drive business and market development, identifying growth opportunities and initiatives to increase category growth and market share. - Manage promotions in collaboration with brands to enhance customer communication. - Create annual business plans and e-trade marketing plans to achieve brand results and profitability. - Innovate and execute key launches, campaigns, and collaborations to elevate brand presence and drive business. - Ensure optimal brand presence across platforms, focusing on top SKUs discoverability and customer experience. - Conduct market intelligence and competitive landscape analysis to identify e-commerce trends and opportunities. - Drive efficiency across supply chain and customer care by ensuring accurate demand forecasting and logistics processes. - Analyze Ecommerce partners" sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. - Utilize platform data insights to inform business strategy. Key Deliverables: - Achieve agreed-upon turnover and market share targets. - Ensure onsite presence for all brand SKUs and increase sales from new launches. - Execute promotional campaigns effectively and capture data from platforms as required. - Manage specific sales events and maintain adequate stock levels with E-retailers.
