Job Description

As a Manager E-Commerce for specific e-tailers at L'Oral"s Dermatological Beauty Division in Mumbai, your role is crucial in building, managing, and developing long-term E-commerce relationships to achieve targeted sales revenue. Your responsibilities include: - Being an expert on e-accounts like e-pharmacies, pure play e-commerce, or quick commerce players, and liaising with commercial teams for e-tailers to drive business growth. - Developing plans, KPIs, and goals for the account and implementing Go to Market strategy with cross-functional teams. - Managing promotions along with brands to enhance customer communication and drive sales. - Creating annual business plans/e-trade marketing plans to achieve brand results and profitability. - Innovating and activating key launches, campaigns, and collaborations with marketing and digital teams. - Ensuring right presence of brands across platforms and building customer experience through brand stores and product page details. - Driving efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and customer care through accurate demand forecasting and logistics processes. - Analysing E-commerce partners" sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. - Getting more data insights from platforms to fuel business strategy. Key Deliverables include: - Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed - Onsite presence for all brand SKUs - Increased sales from new launches - Execution of promotional campaigns with increased effectiveness - Data capturing in agreed formats at a fixed frequency - Handling specific sales events - Ensuring sufficient level of stocks with E-retailers Key Competencies required for this role: - Confident and articulate communicator - Ability to analyze data and find opportunities - Building trust relationships with e-retailers - Managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines - Business results-oriented - Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Attention to detail and complex processes - Knowledge of makeup and makeup marketing preferred - Understanding of digital and tech Education required: - MBA with relevant experience of 2-4 years Please note that travel will be need-based for this role.,
