In this pivotal role, you will be the Profit and Loss (PnL) owner for our e-commerce operations, which include our proprietary online store as well as third-party platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of e-commerce sales, from strategizing and executing sales plans to optimizing our online presence and driving revenue growth. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, particularly with platforms like Amazon. Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing on platforms like Instagram, and online ad campaigns on Amazon and Google. Entrepreneurial mind-set with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Benefits A competitive salary package with a fixed component of INR 30,000 per month.
