Handling Income tax Assesstment of verious entities in the group and representing before the income Tax Authorieties
Prepartion and filing of appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal arid High Court.Preparation of submissions and attending hearings along with Tax Consultants before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeal). Income tax Appellate Tribunal and High Court.Filling of replies to the various notices received from Income Tax Authorities in the Group. Reviewing of Balance 'sheet and Profit & Loss Account for quarterly results & annual results of the Group.Preparation and finalization of Income Tax Returns of various entities in the Group. Preparation of provision for Income Tax working and Deferred Tax working for quarterly results of the Group.Attend to Tax Auditor for Carrying Tax Audit, preparation of Tax Audit Schedules & providing all necessary details for Tax audit & Routine Matters. Attending hearings before TDS officer in respect of prosecution proceedings.Handling income tax survey initiated by department and post-survey proceedings. Advisory to various departments within the Group with respect to queries on Income Tax TDS on case to case basis.Follow-up with the income tax department for old outstanding refunds, pending rectificatiosns and appeal effects.Keeping track of all scrutiny, appeal matters and hearings through updating of charts for smooth functioning.Re-checking of old assessmen1 orders, appeal orders in order to identify any mistakes. Potential tax liability reduction, tax refund generation. Consulting with the Oracle System team to create various system generated reports for the use of management.To resolve all the queries rose within the Group with regards to Income Tax. All the Task assigned by the I\Managing Director VP - Taxation timely in day to day activity to whatsoever nature may be.
