DESIRED SKILL: Primary Lead Payroll team Team management Review work of team members Training existing/ new employees Resource and work allocation Overall planning and monitoring Reporting In Excel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc) Develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process Client liaison Process improvement Secondary Basic knowledge about MS Office-especially Excel Good written and verbal communication Email usage-preferably MS Outlook Team management and allocation of routine work Client management Hiring Process: Your interaction with us will include, but not be limited to, - Technical / HR Interviews - Assessment Finally, our people are our most valuable asset; if you agree with us on this, we would love to meet you!
