Job Description

Manager – Digital Content Development

Role Overview:

The Manager will be responsible for leading the design and development of highly engaging and interactive training content. The role involves curating inputs from internal and external stakeholders, managing a team of content creators, and ensuring delivery of world-class learning experiences that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive and engaging training content for diverse teams (operations, sales, engineering, etc.)
  • Curate content from multiple stakeholders and align it for training purposes
  • Create digital learning content using tools like Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Powtoon
  • Manage a team of digital content creators producing presentation- and video-based learning materials for LMS and mobile platforms
  • Apply adult learning theories to design e-learning, game-based learning, and blended learning programs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver blended learning experiences
  • Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in corporate e-learning content design
  • Strong communication skills (visual, oral, and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Graduate/PG degree in English, Journalism, or related fields preferred
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
