Manager Digital Analytics

Role Overview: As a Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony, you will play a crucial role in implementing analytical and marketing technologies across digital platforms to enhance customer experience and support business growth. You will work within the India Analytics Hub to deliver full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony digital platforms via tag management systems - Independently provide requirements, testing, and validation, collaborating with agile teams and cross-functional platforms - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in line with Audit Procedures - Mentor and guide team members on tools, processes, and participate in internally hosted activities Qualification Required: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience - 2+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design with the ability to independently deliver on Tagging & Implementation projects - Hands-on experience in Tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch - Ability to comprehend key concepts & processes in Digital implementation and translate them into quantitative attributes/metrics - Proficiency in writing and decoding advanced JavaScript adhering to evolving industry standards Additional Company Details: Synchrony is a premier consumer financial services company that offers flexibility and choice to all employees.
