Manager Digital Analytics

Role Overview: As the Manager, Digital Analytics at adidas, you will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics services to drive consumer insights, business growth, and sales across Emerging Markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage analytics expertise to optimize digital business processes and identify actionable opportunities for enhancing efficiency, engagement, and sales in assigned markets. - Analyze traffic channels, conduct consumer funnel analytics, and evaluate product performance to provide valuable insights for boosting website visits and improving conversion rates. - Advise business partners on goal setting, KPI selection, and performance tracking, and lead end-to-end analytics projects including database integration, marketing attribution, and consumer journey enablement. - Design and refine reporting structures to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable presentations for senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Possess deep expertise in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Python for data analysis. - Strong data visualization and presentation skills, strategic mindset, and proven project management experience are essential. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and fluency in English (verbal and written) are required. - A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in eCommerce data analytics, will be advantageous.
