Manager Digital Analytics

Role Overview: As a Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony, you will be a part of the India Analytics Hub (IAH) team, focusing on improving customer experience, product growth, and business objectives through data analytics. Your role will involve implementing analytical and marketing technologies across digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: - Implement analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony digital platforms using tag management systems - Independently provide requirements, testing, and validation working with agile teams and other cross-functional platforms - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in line with Audit Procedures - Mentor and guide team members on tools, processes, and participate in internally hosted activities Qualification Required: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not valid) or in lieu of a degree with 4+ years of experience - 2+ years of hands-on Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS or web design with the ability to independently deliver on Tagging & Implementation projects - Hands-on experience in Tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch - Ability to comprehend key concepts & processes in Digital implementation and translate them into quantitative attributes/metrics - Proficiency in writing and decoding advanced JavaScript adhering to evolving industry standards Additional Company Details (Omitted): Synchrony is a premier consumer financial services company with a focus on providing best-in-class employee benefits and programs that cater to work-life integration and overall well-being.
