Position : Manager Design Exp : 10+ years Location : Bangalore Job Summary: Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Candidates with DME + BE combination are not preferred) Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in the product design department of a mechanical product manufacturing company Minimum 5 years in a managerial role Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading a team of 10 to 15 design engineers Strong exposure to resolving field issues in coordination with service engineers and customers Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach Proficient in 2D and 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, AutoCAD, etc. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and design change control Capable of creating and interpreting process drawings Sound understanding of manufacturing processes Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in FEA and DFMEA Strong organizational and project management capabilities Experience in managing design functions in compliance with ISO standards If anyone is interested in this opportunity. kindly share your updated CV to the given mail id: hr37@amormc.com .
