Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Gurugram, HR, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handling the DD Team, including allocation & review of tasks to team members. - Being responsible for Network expansion and optimization activities. - Conducting cluster evaluation to identify strategic locations/areas for new dealership, involving the identification of new potential markets. - Conducting site surveys & scouting to identify new dealers through cold calling, area visits, and leads shared by the company. - Following up with the call center team for prospect lead status and generating HOT prospects. - Shortlisting parties and coordinating their financial due diligence. - Preparing the final Presentation of the short-listed parties for management and scheduling their final interviews with Top Management. - Issuing the LOI & Agreement and coordinating with Vendors to complete showrooms with New Norms within the stipulated timeline. - Maintaining a Gantt Chart to monitor the progress for New Dealer appointments (From LOI till Dealer activation). - Interacting with New Dealer applicants, checking progress, handling documentation till final activation. - Preparing Network tracker and MIS. - Handling all dealer F&F cases end-to-end, including dealer discussions, paperwork, dealer calls, and every single step in the process. - Having good client-facing and negotiation skills preferred, Experience of handling a team of junior executives will be an added advantage.
