AM/Manager Dealer Development

You will be responsible for managing the DD Team, which includes allocating and reviewing tasks for team members. Your role will involve handling network expansion and optimization activities, as well as evaluating clusters to identify strategic locations for new dealerships. This will require conducting site surveys, scouting for new dealers through cold calling and area visits, and following up on prospect leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for shortlisting parties, coordinating financial due diligence, and preparing final presentations for management review. Issuing LOIs and Agreements, coordinating with vendors for showroom completion within timelines, and maintaining Gantt Charts to track dealer appointment progress will be part of your responsibilities. You will also interact with new dealer applicants, handle documentation, and prepare network trackers and MIS reports. Furthermore, you will manage end-to-end dealer F&F cases, including discussions, paperwork, and dealer calls. Strong client-facing and negotiation skills are preferred, and experience in leading a team of junior executives will be an added advantage.
