Manager - Data Management Tools

As a Data Management and Analysis professional at PrepLadder, India's largest online learning platform for medical entrance exams, your role will involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering reports to stakeholders, creating dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data from various sources. - Perform data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Conduct detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights. - Develop, prepare, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. - Create dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly and effectively. - Ensure timely delivery of all reports in accordance with the reporting schedule. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of experience in handling MIS duties. - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. - Experience using Pivot Tables and other tables to generate reports. - Good writing skills for report preparation. - Sound knowledge of MIS and Data Management. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL (Familiarity with VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI is a plus).,
