Manager - Data Management Tools

As a Data Management and Analysis Specialist at PrepLadder, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data from various sources. - Perform data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Conduct detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights. In terms of reporting, you will be expected to: - Develop, prepare, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. - Create dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly and effectively. - Ensure timely delivery of all reports in accordance with the reporting schedule. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-5 years of experience in handling MIS duties. - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. - Experience in using Pivot Table and other tables to generate reports. - Good writing skills to perform the duties effectively. - Sound knowledge of MIS and Data Management. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with familiarity in VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI considered a plus.
