Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for leading Diageo Australia through change from both a process and capability perspective to enhance the use of data and analytics in the future. Your main focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and adoption of data and reports by the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Additionally, you will review current processes to simplify and automate activities while driving accountability within the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain sales analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. - Conduct customer segmentation and target identification using advanced analytics to provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership. - Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory management to optimize sales performance and revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analytics requirements and ensure alignment on reporting metrics and KPIs. - Lead sales operations and analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and processes aligned with business objectives. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Preferably an Engineering or Finance graduate with an MBA from reputed institutes. - 8-10 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related roles with demonstrated leadership experience. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and organize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Understanding of performance drivers within FMCG or Retail industries is preferred.,
