Job Description

The role in the Customer Success department at Perfios focuses on enhancing client adoption of Perfios suite of products. As a key resource, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients effectively engage with Perfios products and maximize the potential of the solutions. Your tasks will include understanding the user journey, guiding clients on the right products, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing recommendations to enhance ROI and improve the client's bottom line. To excel in this role, you need to have 4-6 years of prior experience in technical marketing of products or solution consulting. It's important to note that this is not a Software Development role, so individuals with a pure development or programming background need not apply. Key Knowledge & Skill Requirements: - Proficient in requirements gathering and elicitation techniques - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients across various business functions - Industry expertise in BFSI segment or service companies within the BFSI vertical - Experience in direct customer interaction, engagement management, and program management - Willingness to travel to client locations as the role grows - Ability to understand technology terms and concepts - Self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to work independently Desirable Technical Skills: - Familiarity with presenting solutions in programming domains - Understanding of REST, Webservices, and SOAP - Experience with Business Intelligence tools - Ability to evaluate alternatives and make informed decisions Responsibilities: - Develop in-depth functional and technical knowledge of Perfios products - Provide technical consultancy to customers - Educate newly onboarded customers on Perfios products - Ensure successful onboarding of new customers - Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently - Analyze client key performance indicators and identify strategic opportunities - Recommend new product offerings based on client needs - Engage with clients to identify upsell opportunities and educational needs - Act as an escalation point for problem resolution In summary, this role requires a blend of technical marketing expertise, strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive client engagement and product adoption.
