Manager Customer Service & Trade Supply chain

You will be responsible for managing the Customer Service and Trade Supply Chain as the Manager in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: **Customer Service:** - Managing a team of 4-5 individuals - Advancing best-in-class customer relations through Quality, Delivery, Innovation, and Responsiveness - Developing and leading customer engagement projects and processes focusing on increasing customer forecast accuracy - Reviewing demand forecasts and order priority with the production planning & control team, establishing supply schedules for raw material based on production schedule in S&OP meetings - Conducting resource and capacity planning for workload assessment - Developing behavior analytics that enhance proactive customer engagement aimed at minimizing waste and enhancing the customer experience **Trade Supply Chain Management:** - Managing a team of 4-5 individuals - Focusing on part availability, on-time delivery to the customer, Quality, and Cost Reduction by utilizing resources effectively - Driving supply chain and logistics excellence, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements to achieve business goals - Providing innovative planning and logistics solutions to identify and implement efficiencies with cross-functional teams In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have the following qualifications and experiences: - Bachelor's degree preferred - MBA - Over 15 years of relevant customer experience management background is required - Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP - Extensive transactional working experience in the manufacturing industry under Customer Service & Supply Chain - Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management/CRM systems - Preferred experience in Aerospace and Defence industry Please note that WhiteCrow is a global talent research, insight, and pipelining specialist with offices in various countries.
