  • Manage team with resolution of reported customer complaints using 8D methodology
  • Performing gap analysis from previous year complaint data and derive major improvement activities for coming year
  • To ensure that team prepare plan and adhere reactive and proactive audits.
  • Lead improvement projects for reduction of major/annoying contributors in customer end rejection
  • Review improvement projects, being led by team members
