Job Description

As a Manager of Customer Communication Management at Prudential Health India (PHI), your role will involve overseeing all customer communication strategies and initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience. - Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and information dissemination. - Utilizing customer communication platforms like CleverTap and MoEngage to automate and personalize customer interactions. - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and communication metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Creating and maintaining communication templates, FAQs, and other resources to support customer interactions. - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer communication and health insurance. To be the right fit for this role, you should have: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer communication or customer service, preferably in the health insurance industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer communication platforms like CleverTap and MoEngage. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in environments that celebrate co-creation and collaboration. - Preferably a master's degree in marketing or a relevant field. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about consumer behavior, culture, and enjoy spending time with customers to understand their needs. You should have the willingness to be hands-on, work independently, and handle multiple concurrent initiatives. Additionally, you should be able to work in a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and taking full responsibility for your team's contributions while setting up best-in-class capabilities from scratch.
