Improve the cross-sell penetration of insurance offerings within lending products
Identify, evaluate, onboard & manage the new insurance partners
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure faster issuance of insurance policies.
Train branch teams on insurance offerings through online & physical training sessions
Work with internal tech team and aggregators for tech integration with insurance partners
Build combo insurance product in collaboration with analytics team & insurers
Managing product mix, educating and driving the business team to do bundling of products
Accurate maintenance of database on issuance and ongoing insurance cases
Publish standard reports & MIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Help with the regulatory requirements of IRDA (data, certification etc.)
