Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office-CRM Manager in the Real Estate sector, based in Noida. The Back Office-CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities, coordinating with sales teams, analyzing market segmentation, and assisting in project management. Daily tasks will include maintaining CRM databases, generating reports, providing customer support, and ensuring effective communication between departments.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Sales and Market Segmentation experience, Handeling Channel Partners
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
