Manager - Credit Control

1Ensure 100% customer payment is received as per due date2The outstanding is analysed on a weekly basis and actions are taken to reduce the outstandig to zero3Ageing analysis is done and report is shared with customers on a weekly basis4Payment deduction is cross checked with LR/Contract/Rate approval and reconciled with customer or internal team5Deviation if any highlighted to reporting manager and necessary action is taken to resolve6Ensure all the payment enrty is done immediately on payment receipt. 7Customer ledger is reconciled every month and report is sent to customer 8Ensure a clean book of accounts by regular coordination with internal team and customer 9Make sure to have all the rate contarct details and rate approvals are in place for effective reconciliation10Do analysis of receivable cycle and present to management11Track unbilled PODs and coordinate with internal team and customers to submit the freight bills under indemnity bond if the POD is not received in 45 days from the date of delivery12Provide provision / information on balance confirmation to the customers upon customer request

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
