1To support the operation team to do 100% bidding on a daily basis against contractual and ad-hoc orders through system Collecting freight rates from brokers and vehicle owners2Vendor master is maintained and reviewed periodicially and amended immediately if any changes notified by the vendor3To ensure all vendors follow company SOP for vehicle hiring and documentation 4Ensure deviations are escalated to senior management and actions are in place to regularise the system5Effective coordination with brokers/drivers for early submission of PODs.
