Manager Costing

Key Responsibilities

Cost Sheet Analysis

• Develop and maintain accurate

  cost sheets

  for products/services, covering both direct and indirect costs.
• Conduct detailed

  cost analysis

  to identify saving opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.
• Track and update costs for

  raw materials, labor, overheads, and other expenses

  on a real-time basis.
• Collaborate with

  procurement and production teams

  to ensure cost-effective sourcing and manufacturing.
• Compare

  actual vs. budgeted costs

  , analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Business Finance

• Prepare

  financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports

  to support business planning.
• Provide insights on

  break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities

  .
• Conduct detailed

  cost-benefit analysis

  to support investment and project-related decisions.
• Ensure compliance with

  internal financial policies

  and

  external statutory regulations

  .

Reporting & Collaboration

• Present periodic

  cost analysis reports and insights

  to senior management.
• Coordinate with the

  accounts team

  to ensure accurate accounting of costs and inventory.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to streamline processes and drive cost efficiency.

Desired Profile

• ICWA qualification is mandatory.

• 5–7 years of proven experience in

  cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel, financial modeling, and cost analysis tools

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems

  (SAP/Oracle or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
