Manager-Costing of New Technology components

You will be responsible for Development/Purchase & Costing in the automotive sector, specifically focusing on new technology components such as Wiring Harness, Lamps, HVAC, Controllers, Wiping System, High Voltage Compressor, ADAS, Sensors, etc. Your key responsibilities will include ZBC costing, quote analysis, negotiation strategies, teardown & functional analysis, cost estimation, benchmarking, and techno-commercial comparison of various components. You will also be involved in vehicle cost analysis, P&L understanding, competitor parts comparison, and generation of innovative value enhancement proposals. Your role will require a deep understanding of Wiring Harness, Lamps, HVAC, Controllers, Wiping System, High Voltage Compressor, ADAS, Sensors, and other automotive components. You should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate cost/weight reduction ideas and new technology proposals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI will be considered an added advantage. To excel in this role, you should have thorough technical and commercial knowledge of automotive and electrical systems, meticulous planning abilities, effective communication skills with peers and vendors, and a positive attitude towards new initiatives. Being a team player, demonstrating integrity, and maintaining good manners are important behavioral traits for this position. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.,
