Your role will involve implementing Value Analysis-Value Engineering (VA-VE), Cost Workshops, Import Part Localization, Inner Part Localization, Yield Improvement, and other cost-saving initiatives. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience in cost reduction drives such as VA-VE, Localization, Inner Part Localization, yield improvement, and Cost Workshops. You will conduct teardowns, functional analysis, cost estimation, part-level benchmarking, and techno-commercial comparison across various vehicle systems including Body, Interiors, Electrical & Electronic components, Chassis, and Powertrain components. Additionally, you will be involved in proposal analysis, costing, negotiation with internal stakeholders, Vehicle Cost Analysis, Bill of Materials (BOM) understanding, and comparison of components with competitor vehicle parts. You are expected to generate innovative value enhancement and design proposals while actively contributing to cost and weight reduction ideas.
