About the role & team The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution. Responsibilities Be a thought partner to senior leaders of the company to help devise our Product and GTM strategy Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company strategy and unlocks potential value Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency Minimum qualifications MBA from a top-tier business school 5+ years of overall work experience with growing levels of responsibility 2+ years of experience at top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy at a leading enterprise software company Strong focus on enterprise software / SaaS preferred Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes Experience with executive-level engagement as business, operational, and strategic thought partner Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships Can deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment driving projects forward working with teams without direct reporting structure -- Nutanix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and (in the U.
