Manager Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR)

Profile Summary:

The CSR Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring CSR initiatives in alignment with company objectives and statutory requirements. The role includes strategic proposal drafting, partnership management, field liaison, and ensuring data accuracy for CSR compliance and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and implement the organization’s CSR strategy and annual plan.
• Identify, design, and manage CSR projects in education, skill development, environment, and community development.
• Draft strategic project proposals, concept notes, and partnership documents for funding and implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with NGOs, government officials, and external stakeholders; travel as required for project visits and partnership meetings.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain accurate, up-to-date CSR data and documentation.
• Ensure CSR activities comply with Section 135 of the Companies Act and reporting requirements.
• Manage CSR budget utilization and support impact assessments and audits.
• Facilitate employee volunteering and CSR-related events.
