We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Corporate Q to lead our quality management initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of implementing quality standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and processes across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
