Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Corporate Q to lead our quality management initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of implementing quality standards and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the corporate quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and processes across the organization.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in quality performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
