Manager - Corporate HR

As a Corporate HR Manager at our fast-growing EdTech company, your role is crucial in leading our HR functions to support our mission of building a high-performance, people-first culture. You will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment strategies. - Overseeing employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and collaborative workforce. - Managing performance management systems, ensuring continuous feedback, career development, and succession planning. - Partnering with leadership teams to provide HR insights, guidance, and best practices. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations. - Driving HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: - Education: MBA or Masters (preferred) or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, ideally in the EdTech industry or fast-paced corporate environments. - Skills required: - Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English (professional proficiency). - Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
