Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Contracts - Interior Fitout Projects at SREE CRAFT Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Manager Contracts will be responsible for overseeing the contractual aspects of interior fitout projects, managing vendor relationships, onboarding vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and overseeing budgets and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met. Qualifications Experience with contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance Strong understanding of project management principles, including budget and timeline management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in the commercial interior fitout industry. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects simultaneously Show more Show less
