Manager, Contract Specialist

As a Contracts Manager, you will lead a team of Contract Specialists to ensure the team's high performance in alignment with stated KPIs and V2MOM objectives. Your role involves collaborating with various departments like Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Pricing to facilitate the contracting process with large enterprise solutions customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Contract Specialists effectively - Build and maintain relationships with Sales leadership through regular touch points - Communicate expectations, manage performance, and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members - Create a motivating work environment and address ongoing learning and development needs - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and company policies and procedures - Conduct audits on work quality using Reports and Dashboards - Utilize department dashboard for timely and accurate processing of inquiries - Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and escalate issues to Management when necessary - Provide clear guidelines and support to navigate a complex organizational structure - Collaborate with peers and extended support functions for seamless operations - Take ownership of complex deals when needed and be the point of contact - Ensure coverage during team members" leaves and challenge status quo by recommending internal process improvements - Regularly meet V2MOM objectives and conduct career/development discussions with employees Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or operations - Previous experience in a large-scale technology company, with a preference for enterprise software experience - Proven ability to deliver results with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle pressure and manage competing priorities effectively - Adaptability to changing demands and a sense of urgency - Excellent team player with the capability to work autonomously - Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous This job offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of contracting processes in a collaborative environment.,
