Responsibilities

  • Identifying, strategizing executing proactive customer communication across channels
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders required for the approval.
  • Understanding about Regulatory compliance for customer communication
  • Monitor the transactional communication and maintain the delivery rate.
  • Process remapping for identifying the need for transactional communication and end to end follow-up for the closure.
  • Better understanding of the cost benefit analysis and customer experience for the communication triggered and identifying the ways to improve
  • Exploring new mode of the communication
  • End to end understanding for the campaign management.
  • Enabling automation related to the communication with the help of CCM.
  • Continuously conduct Market study to identify best practices and possibility to embed them in our processes


Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years in customer communication/marketing/CRM from insurance background only.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and tech-savvy.
  • Well versed with Regulatory Compliance.
