Job Description

As a Commercial Operations Manager at Beghou Consulting, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-impact commercial strategies for life sciences companies. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, overseeing complex initiatives, and driving operational excellence in areas such as incentive compensation, commercial analytics, CRM enablement, and data strategy. Your strategic leadership and client engagement skills will be put to the test as you manage high-profile client relationships, collaborate with global engagement managers, and drive innovation by integrating emerging trends and best practices in life sciences commercial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of commercial operations solutions aligned with client goals in incentive compensation, commercial analytics, CRM, and data strategy. - Manage high-profile client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. - Oversee project portfolios, set priorities, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Develop strategic frameworks for incentive compensation plans and optimize field performance and brand goals. - Guide the creation of commercial analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for field teams and executives. - Lead the deployment of proprietary platforms for CRM, field enablement, and operational tools. - Mentor and develop high-performing teams, foster expertise in analytics, data interpretation, and commercial strategy. - Provide strategic guidance to consultants and analysts, ensuring quality and impact in deliverables. - Manage cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment and ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Masters degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution with a strong academic record. - 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven success in delivering data-driven commercial strategies for life sciences companies. - Strategic expertise in commercial operations areas such as incentive compensation, MDM, and field enablement. - Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities. - Passion for innovation and familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.
