Measures of success -
In three months:
- Good understanding of the expectations on the role s Key Result Areas
- Develop working relationship with the key stakeholders
- Working understanding of the various financial and commercial reports
- Working understanding of the key scope of the agency KPIs and the audits
In six months:
- To lead the review meetings of the financial and commercial reports
- To develop complete understanding of the profile
In 12 months
- To be equipped to provide solutions.
- To be in full control of the plan and execution of the agency KPIs.
Responsibilities of the role:
- To conduct periodic review of adherence to contracted deliverables of the client and the media partners
- To be accountable for accurate financial and commercial reports, projections, analysis and lead the review meetings
- To initiate process improvements and extend existing controls in the functional areas
- To front the audit exercise with the internal and external auditors, address the queries and remediate the audit observations
- To develop action plans with the key business stakeholders to meet the agency KPI deliveries. To partner on effective execution of the plans and resolutions as may be required to meet the P&L forecasts.
- To provide guidance and mentorship to the team
