Job Description

Role Overview: As the Delinquent Portfolio Manager for the entire Punjab region, including locations such as Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Ambala, Amritsar, Solan, Himachal, and nearby areas, your primary responsibility will be to manage the delinquency levels from the current bucket to 90+ for Punjab State/Region. You will visit delinquent customers, strategize recovery efforts on a case-by-case basis, and collaborate with other teams to achieve early resolutions. Additionally, you will ensure timely application of receipts, identify any early warning signs, and perform account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage delinquency of the entire state from current bucket to 90+ for Punjab State/Region - Visit delinquent customers and strategize recovery efforts based on individual obligors - Collaborate with other teams for early resolution of delinquencies - Ensure timely application of receipts in the respective accounts - Identify and highlight any early warning signs - Perform reconciliation of accounts Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any specialization - Minimum of 5 years of experience - Excellent communication skills, convincing power, and negotiation skills - Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English (both spoken and written) - Ability to work effectively as a team player - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools - Capability to work well under pressure,
