Position: Manager Climate Action Organisation: A Leading NGO Experience: 8 - 14 years Qualification: Master's degree CTC: 12 - 18 LPA Location : Mumbai Responsibilities Understand and develop the project objectives, deliverables and create the execution plan for the project in accordance with the logical framework Oversee the execution of the project in alignment with the overall project timelines and maintain track of the same Identify and build partnerships with sector expert organizations/ agencies and relevant stakeholders to create strategic alliances and successful execution Manage the team in terms of division of responsibilities, development and monitoring of their Key Result/ Performance Areas Develop, train and manage the team to enhance their efficiency and performance Liaise and manage relationships with the internal and external stakeholders of the project Requirements Masters degree in Social Sciences or Management or any other relevant stream Minimum of 8 years of work experience in project design, on-ground implementation and management of large scale environment projects focusing on pollution control, energy management, circular economy, carbon credits etc Demonstrable knowledge of various tools for stakeholder mapping, monitoring and evaluation, documentation and reporting etc. Must be fluent in communicating in English and Hindi with excellent written & oral skills (efficiency in Marathi will be an added advantage) Show more Show less
