Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and drive business growth across South India (with a base location in Chennai). This role requires a blend of sales acumen, client handling, project management, and operational oversight, particularly in the areas of e-learning, certification programs, and corporate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Client Engagement:
• Handle both new and existing clients across India, with a focus on South India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in the third-Party inspection services in automotive & manufacturing sector.
• Project Handling & Operations:
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for client accounts.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external clients for timely delivery and quality service.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution for regional business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong interest or experience in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management.
• Ability to independently handle client communications, proposals, and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required (PAN India role).
