VC NO - CP/31/25 ( Manager Civil)

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
  
• Supervise civil works such as earthworks, foundations, structural works, roads, and utilities.
  
• Ensure timely execution of projects as per design, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontracting teams for smooth execution.
  

2. Technical & Quality Management

• Review and approve civil and structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction methodologies.
  
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, engineering standards, and QA/QC procedures.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to maintain quality and safety.
  

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
  
• Monitor cost against budget and identify variances or cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Certify contractor bills and verify material consumption reports.
  

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure training and performance development of team members.
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
  

5. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure zero-incident culture.
  
• Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  
• Present project status updates to management and stakeholders.
  
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
